Food Diary Day 3

8:30a Breakfast
1 over medium egg
1 piece of whole wheat toast

10:30a Snack
1/4 cup of Salsa
11 Garden of Eatin Chips
1 Clean No Bake Energy Bite

1:00p Lunch
2oz of polenta
1/4 cup of Clean Italian Sausage Red Sauce
1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese

3:00p Snack
20 clean tortilla chips

6:30p Dinner
1 turkey burger
1 roasted red potato
1/2 cup of grilled zucchini and squash

7:30p Dessert/Snack
Clean Grilled Peach Dessert

Exercise
3.5 miles of running/walking
