Turkey Egg Cups


I saw this recipe on Pinterest so I decided to try it, changed up of course! 

Basically I took 2 slices of fat free turkey breast and laid them in a muffin tin crossways. Cracked an egg into the cup, sprinkled some Bragg Seasoning , and then a tablespoon of fat free feta. I baked in the oven on 350 for 25 minutes. 

On the side I served 2 whole wheat pita chips I made by cutting the pita in fourths and spraying a little olive oil on them with the Bragg Seasoning and throwing them in with the cups for the last 7 minutes.


I added some clean salsa to my husbands. It was a fast, easy, and clean breakfast!
